This project, located in Holladay’s Village Center Zone, is the successful result of a public-private partnership between Holladay City’s Redevelopment Agency and two private entities. It was identified by city officials as an integral piece of a town center in need a kick start. The project has a unique design that mirrors a traditional main street style that fits in well on a condensed 1.7-acre site with limited street access and a dramatic slope from east to west. A 90-stall precast parking structure on the west side solves parking challenges while maintaining the building’s classic Main Street appeal.
